While Keller Williams already has robust technology available to our agents, corporate is making a play to become the top real estate agency when it comes to technology. In the second half of 2018, our company acquired a startup called SmarterAgent, which allows agents to create branded apps and the ability to connect to more than 650 multiple listing services. We’ve also partnered with Kungfu.AI, an artificial intelligence firm, to discover future technology solutions for our agents.

Keller Williams’ Chief Product Officer, Neil Dholakia, was quoted saying, “We’re rapidly accelerating and bringing more and more value through our proprietary technology to empower agents to provide the best consumer experience.” It has always been the goal of Keller Williams to deliver top-notch customer service, and with these expanding technologies, that goal continues to be attained daily.

For agents, having access to these and other proprietary technologies makes their daily job easier. On-the-go access to real-time data improves an agent’s ability to help customers make important decisions, thereby maximizing everyone’s time. This mobile technology sets us apart from the competition and empowers our agents with information at their fingertips while out in the field.

According to HousingWire.com, Keller Williams’ Chief Innovation Officer, Josh Team, stated that a new customer strategy will be released in the first quarter of 2019 and mobile technology will play a big role. Team also said that Keller Williams has acquired other technologies in late-2018 that will assist in this strategy.
