Keller Williams has ranked high on many “top companies” lists over the years, but to be at the top of yet two more really shows our commitment to quality, to our customers, and to our employees. If you’re looking for a real estate agent or possibly a new career, start with us!
We last shared how Keller Williams ranked number one on CareerBliss’s “Happiest Companies in America” and Newsweek’s “America’s Best Customer Service 2019” lists. Now, here’s a couple more reasons to choose Keller Williams.
Career search engine giant, Indeed.com, released a story announcing Keller Williams as America’s #1 top-rated workplace when it comes to company culture. Culture can be hard to measure, as it is a subjective concept, so Indeed dug into over 100 million surveys and ratings to come up with their rankings. Keller Williams consistently was rated by employees as having superior training programs that are easily accessible. Additionally, culture is grown by taking care of our own, which happens whenever an employee faces a devastating loss or major life challenge, we provide assistance through a program called KW Cares.
Another aspect of company culture is how that company engages with the community at large. Nationally, Keller Williams offices donate a day each year to volunteering. Keller Williams The Woodlands Magnolia is proud to participate in this day along with our Real Estate Talent night that raises money for local charities. Combine these things together and you wind up with phenomenal company culture!
Indeed also researched and ranked the best companies to work for based on work/life balance. Most Millennials say that if the salary is not in the equation, the most important factor when choosing a job is work/life balance. Not only does this include flexibility when it comes to working hours and personal time, it also includes the benefits employees receive. Keller Williams took first place on this list as well!
