Leading the Industry AND The Community

, Leading the Industry AND The Community, KW Woodlands

Providing ways for KW The Woodlands agents to give back to the community has always been at the center of our business philosophy. We don’t just encourage our agents to participate in community service after hours. We schedule multiple events a year during the workweek.

Whether it’s putting in an amazing day of work at the local food pantry, our annual real estate talent show, or our RED Day event, we aim to work hard and inspire those around us in this industry with our work ethic and willingness to give back.

In order to make the biggest, and most personal impact possible in this community, we created the Wilona Dyson Charitable Foundation.

The Wilona Dyson Charitable Foundation is a way to give back to fellow real estate agents and their communities during times of need. The Foundation benefits agents and their families who fall upon sudden hardship or are facing an emergency situation. The Foundation also benefits greater charities at the national level by giving monetary contributions to organizations such as the American Heart Association, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and St. Jude. You can donate to the Foundation AND get tickets to the event here – all donations are tax-deductible.

Additional charities who have received funds from the Wilona Dyson Charitable Foundation in 2018 include the Pangea Network, an international group that provides education and support to people in Kenya and the US who want to make a positive change in their community; Scirocco Winds, a woodwind quintet in Houston that provides music education to middle and high school band students; and Interfaith Ministries, a Woodlands area charity that gives financial assistance to families struggling with mortgage payments, utilities bills, or medical needs.

Overall, we strive to lead our industry, and the community. #KWTheWoodlands&Magnolia
